Privacy Policy

RNWY LLC ("RNWY," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

What We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information: Email address provided during registration.
  • Wallet address: The blockchain wallet address you connect to your RNWY profile.
  • Profile data: Any information you voluntarily add to your RNWY profile, such as a display name or description.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and general interaction patterns.
  • Device and browser data: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language preferences.
  • Cookies and analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how people use RNWY. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

On-Chain Data

When you register on RNWY and receive a Soulbound Token (SBT), certain data is recorded on the Base blockchain, including:

  • • Your wallet address
  • • Your Soulbound Token and its metadata
  • • Attestations (such as vouches from other users)

Important: On-chain data is public and permanent by design. Once recorded on the blockchain, this data cannot be edited or deleted by RNWY or anyone else. This is a core feature of blockchain technology, not a limitation of our platform. You should consider this before connecting a wallet or participating in on-chain activity.

You may burn (destroy) your Soulbound Token at any time. However, the historical record of the token's existence and any associated attestations will remain visible on the blockchain.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • • Operate and maintain the RNWY platform
  • • Link your account to your on-chain identity and reputation
  • • Display trust and reputation data transparently
  • • Improve the platform based on usage patterns
  • • Communicate with you about your account (if necessary)

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your information for advertising.

We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA)

If you are located in the EEA, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. Our lawful basis for processing your data is your consent (provided at registration) and our legitimate interest in operating the platform.

Note that GDPR's "right to erasure" cannot apply to data recorded on a public blockchain, as neither RNWY nor any party has the technical ability to delete it. This is disclosed before any on-chain activity occurs.

California Users

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication through Supabase, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

RNWY is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the platform. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
