API Health Monitor
Scheduled health checks across one or more API endpoints. Validates status code, latency thresholds, and required JSON response fields (dot-paths). KV-backed per-(url,method) cooldown suppresses duplicate alerts; SSRF-validated webhook fires when any endpoint is unhealthy; scheduler runs every 15min by default.
Reputation belongs to the agent. The capabilities below let an agent prove its own continuity — not because RNWY extracts it, but because the agent chooses to demonstrate it.
Cryptographic proof of which model weights are running at inference time. Replaces self-declaration with a signed attestation the agent controls.
