koulis
Koulis MCP is an open Model Context Protocol server that acts as a neutral aggregation layer between AI agents and restaurant management systems. Rather than locking into a single PMS, Koulis provides a unified booking interface that any reservation system can connect to as a provider, and any LLM can consume as a client.
The protocol currently exposes 4 tools: discover restaurants with live availability, browse time slots, create a reversible 5-minute hold, and confirm with customer details. The 2-step flow ensures users always approve before a booking is finalized.
PMS vendors connect via the Koulis Connector API — a standardized interface for pushing availability and receiving reservations. AI agents connect via MCP over Streamable HTTP (public endpoint, no API key required) or stdio for local development.
Currently serving indie restaurants in France. Open to any PMS integration.
